Birkenhaus is a Multi Award Winning Business to Business service Company based in Cardiff and London with an operating area across the UK and Spain.
We’re looking for a Self Motivated, enthusiastic and engaging person to join our Dynamic Team of Administrative based Staff. Working from our Staff Hub in Roath, Cardiff, the successful applicant will be working for the Facilities Management sector of the Company.
The Applicant will be carrying out general office functions including answering phone calls, dealing with day to day queries, light office cleaning and general assistant tasks from the HR Manager and Office Manager.
Working hours will be 30 per week and will be weekdays at times that can commence from 8am to 6pm.
Birkenhaus operates several Companies and as such, the applicant may be required to occasionally work in other areas where Staff shortages exist. Instances such as this are rare, however applicants should be aware of this prior to commencement of their Employment.
Applicants will require a clear DBS check but will be able to commence work prior to beginning this role under supervision. This can be a physically demanding role so please be aware of this prior to application.
